Quick and Easy
Starting with Figo’s Customer service. There was never a wait or hold period when I called. My dog needed ACL surgery, I was calling a few times a week with questions and concerns. Each representative was respectful, knowledgeable, and truly concerned about the well being of my dog. The woman on the other end of the phone remembered me and we would be able to continue our conversation from the previous day.
Filing a claim was just as painless. I filed a few claims and requested a pre approval for the surgery. My vet was quick to send records to keep Figo up to date. I was receiving claim responses within 3-5 business days, and reimbursement checks within the next 3-5 days.
Th explanation of benefits were clear and easy to read. Services were itemized and explained clearly.
I talk to so many people who do not have pet insurance. After needing pet insurance and having a positive and successfully experience- I would recommend it to anyone.
