Figo has provided me peace of mind during this turbulent first year with my trouble maker of a pup. Processing claims is extremely easy and quick. I am definitely renewing my policy for another year!

An absolute pleasure to work with and so glad I purchased an insurance policy for my pup
My puppy was diagnosed with a serious condition that required a pricey surgery. Filing the claim was incredibly straight forward. Response times were remarkedly fast. I think the best part of my experience was my interactions with various customer service agents. I had placed calls on multiple occasions. Every agent that I spoke to was genuinely very pleasant and helpful. I spent almost no time on hold. I honeslty considered calling them back just to give them words of praise, as I have had a much different experience in the past dealing with other insurers! I would highly recommend a policy trough FIGO!

Fast Claims, Great Sevice, Really Care About Your Pet
I highly recommend FIGO Pet Insurance. My Great Dane was breathing heavy, looked lethargic and he was hot to the touch. We took him to a nearby animal hospital and had a 108 degree temperature, they took a blood test and discovered he had a very low white blood count which meant he had a bad infection. They kept him in intensive care and 4 days later , he passed with an aspirated pneumonia and septic. The hospital tried everything they could to save my dog. The hospital kept giving me bills and I kept paying them. The final bill was $8,711. A month later I submitted my bill on a Wednesday night at 9:00pm and I got an answer on Thursday morning at 10:00am stating they are going to cover the bills, plus the $1,000 Mortality benefit. Since it was a life threatening illness they did not charge me the $500 deductible or the 10% copay. They only took out $36 in hazardous waste fee. FIGO deposited $9,675 into my checking account in 2 business days. I would have spent anything for my dog and thank God I had FIGO to take the burden of the bill. FIGO I truly want to say Thank You from the bottom of my heart

Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.
Age Limits
Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.
Waiting Period
1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)
Exclusions
Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months
Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences
