Figo | Pet Insurance Review

I have talked with support about my Laineys claim as I had three documents to send and they have all been very helpful, compassionate and kind. I hope the rest of this continues this way

Figo has been such a comfort. We bought a young healthy dog from a good breeder and thought we'd only need insurance when he got old. He's two and so far he's eaten a pair of underwear ($4,000 bill), developed allergies ($250 per month) and we are currently trying to figure out the source of his limp (xrays, MRI, CAT scans etc..) Figo has promptly reimbursed everything for us and it's been so wonderful to give our lab the best care without worrying about cost. It's easy to use and they deposit money directly into our checking account without any hassle, preapproval or disputes. Our biggest fear is that we will single handedly bankrupt them, but thankfully we have a cat that doesn't have the same penchant for health problems. So grateful for all of those healthy pets out there that help pay for the sick ones. You never know when you will need the funds so I encourage everyone to insure their pets through Figo!

People on the phone are wonderful, they seem to really care about your pets and my couldn't be friendlier. I had never used the insurance before and hoped I would never have to and the review process does take a bit longer then I think it should. My veterinarians gave them all the information they needed right away but the payment did not come through right away. As a matter of fact I'm still waiting for one. But in the end if they come through that is what matters.
