Pick from one of their three comprehensive plans, then add powerups like Wellness, Veterinary Exam Fee Coverage, or the Extra Care Pack. They’re the only pet insurance company to offer up to 100% reimbursement, so big vet bills won’t break the bank.
Figo customers have exclusive access to the Figo Pet Cloud app, including features like a 24/7 Virtual Vet and easy mobile claim filing. No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

Lifesaving coverage
I have had nothing but good experiences with Figo and would recommend it to any pet owner. The monthly premium is affordable and coverage has been incredible and there have been no surprises or rejected claims at all in the 2 years my dog has been covered.

Great customer service and fair pricing
I'm very impressed with Figo's customer service team and the overall interface experience in filing and submitting claims. We were searching for health insurance for our 9 year old dog, Tony, when we came across Figo. We liked the pricing structure and how the explanation of benefits was simple, so we went with it. The app an texting approach to contact customer service is fantastic, as you can get questions answered fairly quickly.
We recently submitted a claim for Tony, and the whole process took less than 1 week! (including money in my bank). I highly recommend Figo to anyone considering affordable pet health insurance and great customer service.

I will never have a dog without Figo again!
This is the first time we've had pet insurance. I will never have a pet without insurance again. The app is really easy to use, when I need to call in, everyone is so helpful.
Monthly Cost
$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.
Age Limits
Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.
Waiting Period
1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)
Exclusions
Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months
Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences
