They’re the only pet insurance company to offer up to 100% reimbursement, so big vet bills won’t break the bank.
Figo customers have exclusive access to the Figo Pet Cloud app, including features like a 24/7 Virtual Vet and easy mobile claim filing. No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

Ten Plus
The end of out story is a sad one ... a case of liver cancer took our adorable Havanese, Paco at 12 years old. For 11 of those years we had ASPCA insurance. What a nightmare! When they discontinued the policy, we went shopping and chose FIGO. Wow! I really can’t say enough good things about the service we received. All the bills were paid promptly, questions answered quickly and accurately, and true compassion at the end. When our hearts are ready for another little friend, our first call will be to FIGO! Whatever you are doing-please don’t change it!

Figo is provides exceptional pet insurance.
A friend told me about her experiences with Figo and recommended that I get insurance for our newly adopted dog, Sage. I’m so thankful for her advice. Figo’s premiums are fair and their customer service is friendly and claims are handled quickly. Now I’m the one referring Figo to all of my pet owner friends.

At first I was not impressed with the…
At first I was not impressed with the way they handled my claims but after they had all the veterinary records and got to know me as a client it has been excellent, The claims department make you feel like they really understand and care, I just had a claim on medication and it was denied, I called in and Beth spotted the problem, the receipt only had my name on it not my pet so she took the initiative to call the vet to correct the problem and claim was processed! Thank You!!!
Monthly Cost
$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.
Age Limits
Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.
Waiting Period
1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)
Exclusions
Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months
Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences
