They’re the only pet insurance company to offer up to 100% reimbursement, so big vet bills won’t break the bank.
Figo customers have exclusive access to the Figo Pet Cloud app, including features like a 24/7 Virtual Vet and easy mobile claim filing. No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

I cannot complain. Easy to submit receipts and quick to respond.
If you call, they are courteous and friendly. The deductibles increased for 2020-2021 but they are covering more..

Highly recommend Figo for pet insurance
After 13 years of pet ownership without pet insurance, my cat's cancer diagnoses wiped out my vet bill savings fund and prompted me to get insurance for my dog, Roxie.
Oh, what a blessing it has been, and Figo's customer service has been stellar. Claims are incredibly easy and normally paid within 3 days. They are a bit pricier than other companies I researched, but the customer service I've received more than makes up for it. I have recommended Figo to many friends and family members, and I will continue to do so.

Best decision made for my pet
Choosing Figo for my pets insurance was the best decision I could have made. The rates are reasonable and the claims process was extremely easy and payment was quick.

Pays claim immediately.
Put in a claim for knee surgery for my dog. The claim was approved the next day. I wish my personal insurance was that good.
Monthly Cost
$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.
Age Limits
Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.
Waiting Period
1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)
Exclusions
Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months
Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences
