Simple and fast
We filed a claim on Monday and received our reimbursement on Friday of the same week. Our dog was treated by our vet our local emergency hospital. Multiple providers did not seem to slow the process down, and we did not have to be middle-person between vets and Figo. All handled by Figo. Figo paid what we expected according to our plan selection. Very happy! This was our first year on the plan, so not sure how this affects our renewal rate. That is a future concern. Currently, as I said, we are very impressed and happy!
