Rates double in less than one-year
I'd had adequate service from FIGO until they just DOUBLED my rates based soley on the company's decision to switch underwriters. Their position is that this will ensure more stable rates in the FUTURE, but they are offering no rebate or other help to mitigate this switch for existing customers. My pet is now older, and insuring him with another insurer will be far more expensive for the rest of his life. Terrible way to treat your customers, FIGO.
Update: In response to FIGO's reply below, I appreciate the prompt response from your team, FIGO, but I already spoke with one of your customer service representatives, who assured me there was nothing else she could offer me to help mitigate these cost increases. The problem was not solved.
