Pick from one of their three comprehensive plans, then add powerups like Wellness, Veterinary Exam Fee Coverage, or the Extra Care Pack. They’re the only pet insurance company to offer up to 100% reimbursement, so big vet bills won’t break the bank. Figo customers have exclusive access to the Figo Pet Cloud app, including features like a 24/7 Virtual Vet and easy mobile claim filing. No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

Rates double in less than one-year

I'd had adequate service from FIGO until they just DOUBLED my rates based soley on the company's decision to switch underwriters. Their position is that this will ensure more stable rates in the FUTURE, but they are offering no rebate or other help to mitigate this switch for existing customers. My pet is now older, and insuring him with another insurer will be far more expensive for the rest of his life. Terrible way to treat your customers, FIGO. Update: In response to FIGO's reply below, I appreciate the prompt response from your team, FIGO, but I already spoke with one of your customer service representatives, who assured me there was nothing else she could offer me to help mitigate these cost increases. The problem was not solved.

I absolutely LOVE FIGO pet insurance! My claims are always paid in a timely manner, everyone I deal with is very helpful and professional. The rates can’t be beat! Go with FIGO, you won’t be disappointed!

Would Recommend - 10/10!

Figo has made our lives very easy when it comes to the care of our dog, Denver. Twice, we have run into circumstances where we have not needed to think about the financial burden, and been able to make decisions with Denver's health as the main priority. We appreciate Figo immensely, and their customer service is through the roof. Would recommend 10/10 times.

They make filing a claim easy and they pay quickly.

Figo is the best. Claim process is so easy, done right on your phone with a few easy questions. They also pay very quickly. I have had claims paid in less than 24 hours. I will be adding a second dog to my policy soon.

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
