If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. I cancelled my pet insurance and was told it takes 3-5 business days to get a refund. As of today, the 10th business day I still have not received a refund. I have emailed, phoned and texted and always get the same answer: " our accounting team is trying to catch up and you will receive your refund in the order it was received". When does a companies problem become my problem? With a good company it does not. Beware of this company.
