They’re the only pet insurance company to offer up to 100% reimbursement, so big vet bills won’t break the bank.
Figo customers have exclusive access to the Figo Pet Cloud app, including features like a 24/7 Virtual Vet and easy mobile claim filing. No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

confusing website
I reached out to customer service for help in navigating the website. The website is difficult to navigate:
- it is hard to find the login
- there are instructions to have your vet email invoices to mypetcloud, but no instructions on what happens next (that you actually need to do something further)
- there are other options for the vet to email invoices, that cause claims to happen, but this not clear on the website.
That said, the customer service person was helpful and got my claims processed.

After 1 Year with Figo
I picked Figo because I get 5% off through work as one of my benefits so it was the most affordable option for me. Figo has been very easy to use so far (been using for 1 year). Its easy to make a claim via the app. My claims have been processed quickly and the amount I've gotten back has been what I expected based on my coverage. I added the wellness plus to my plan and it's been worth it value-wise so far.

Nothing gets approved so though my…
Nothing gets approved so though my automatic payment has gone through already, I’m canceling after this year. Totally not worth it. Better off using a flex account or care credit.
Monthly Cost
$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.
Age Limits
Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.
Waiting Period
1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)
Exclusions
Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months
Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences
