very mediocre to kinda lousy service. ok product.
Their web experience is a mess with contradicting information in many places between blogs, marketing, and how people respond in support and on the phone. You sign up at figo, but don't return their to login - separate URL which is odd, and not even a login link from the marketing website.
I've had support emails answered in 10 minutes and go unanswered over 5+ days.
Their wellness package is OK, but the premium package on a plan should cover more than 50% of things like totally standard vaccinations at standard prices.
