Happy with the service and app
Figo’s pet cloud phone app is easy to navigate. The virtual /text customer service rep. makes filing a claim quick and easy. The app functions well to upload documents / photos for claims and the claims processing turn around time in never more than a couple days. (Sometimes same day) they always include an explanation of benefits after the claim has been processed. I always have clear underrating of what they covered, why something was not (policy limits or decidable wasn’t met for the year). The policy has been worth it this year after one weekend ER visit.
