They’re the only pet insurance company to offer up to 100% reimbursement, so big vet bills won’t break the bank.
Figo customers have exclusive access to the Figo Pet Cloud app, including features like a 24/7 Virtual Vet and easy mobile claim filing. No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

Always double check your benefits…
I noticed that I wasn’t being reimbursed for some of the tests that should’ve been covered and so I called to get it straightened out. Apparently they had been basing my reimbursement on my policy from last year that had already renewed. So that was a bit confusing and unfortunate that I had to double check and then get it straightened out, it should’ve happened without that. So I guess there might be some systems that are not quite tuned up how they should be behind the scenes.

Great experiences for five years!
I've been a Figo Pet Insurance customer for five years. No matter what issues my fur babies have encountered, be it injury or illness Figo's excellent coverage have provided me the relief of worrying about vet bills. The annual deductible is low. Claims are easy to submit. Payment time for claims is always quick so long as I provide the required documentation. Their customer service has always been great when I had any questions.
I know I sound like a commercial, but I really am that pleased with the experiences I have had since choosing Figo when my fur babies were just puppies. Hard to go wrong with this great company!

User friendly
The app is very quick, direct and useful when submitting claims. It is also easy to see coverage limits.
Monthly Cost
$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.
Age Limits
Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.
Waiting Period
1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)
Exclusions
Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months
Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences
