Fetch = Fraud
We signed up for pet insurance through Fetch for our dog, Nandi.
On June 16, 2023 we agreed to pay $46.13 per month, based on his health, age, and the coverage we needed. Then on April 16, 2024, we received a promotional email from Fetch asking if we would like to extend our coverage to include wellness care for Nandi.
We chose NOT enroll in the additional coverage being offered, however on that same day Fetch began charging us $83.03 for our monthly premium instead of our agreed upon $46.13.
When we approached Fetch to inquire about these fraudulent charges and to subsequently cancel our plan, their only priority was that they wanted us to continue our plan, and repeatedly refused to acknowledge or refund the fraudulent charges.
Out of the $498.12 we paid during those 6 months of inflated premiums, they owe us $221.34 in fraudulent charges which they refuse to send us.
