Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Extremely poor reimbursement turn around time. Claim approved on 6/27. Check supposedly mailed on 7/18. As of 7/28, still do not have check. Was told nothing could be done until 8/15 when another check would be issued if I had not received the previously sent check. Representative could not even tell me from where the check had been mailed. Would change companies but now my dog has a pre-existing condition that would not be covered by a new company. Very disappointed in this company and would not recommend. Update: as of today 8/4/2022..still no reimbursement check and no response from company to my review. Extremely disappointed. Update: As of today 8/8/2022, still no check. Update: As of yesterday 8/9/2022, still no check. Update: Ad of today 8/17/2022, still no check. I would not recommend this pet insurance company to anyone. Extremely poor customer service. Update: As of today, 9/1/2022; still no check.

I called with a big problem. My soon-to-be ex-husband canceled my dog's insurance and just kept the insurance for his own dog. I called your company and was lucky to have the phone answered by Janelle Sorenson. She was amazing!! She went over all of my different options and helped me to find the best one. She was patient, supportive, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and successful in helping me solve my problem!!! She is a true asset to your company! I can't say enough about how wonderful Janelle is!!! Thank you Janelle for helping me!! I am so grateful!

Will not pay claims, for anything, including intestinal problems. that were not pre=existing

Fetch has been very quick in their respond to claims I’ve filed on our Airedale. They communicate every step of the way and I always know the status of our claim(s). I recently switched over to direct deposit and with their easy claim filing method, the entire process runs smoothly. Glad we have them for our pups!

Fetch previously Petplan has paid five claims for my dog and cat totaling $16,000 dollars. I shudder to think what would’ve become of my animals if not for the coverage. Fetch is nice to deal with and easy to work with. When the requested documentation is provided, the payout is surprisingly fast. Advanced veterinary medical care is incredibly expensive but often is life-saving. I’m glad I didn’t assume nothing would happen to my animals. I doubt you’ll find a simpler or nicer company to work with.
