Great customer service experience
I was having a little difficulty getting Fetch all the documents they needed to cover my claim. But today I was lucky enough to reach Rachel on the phone and I am feeling very reassured that everything will be resolved. She took ownership of the issue and set things in motion right away. And she was so nice and friendly while doing it. I told her Fetch was lucky to have her on their team. I'm so grateful.
