Calling Fetch was a great experience
I had to call into Fetch for assistance in submitting a claim for my toy poodle. The Fetch representative that I spoke with was very empathetic when I explained what my puppy had gone through over the past ten days while she was hospitalized. She was ever so helpful explaining the process to file the claim. I appreciate her helpfulness and the level of concern that she expressed over the phone.
