This has been the worst experience!! …
This has been the worst experience!! After almost 10 years of paying for TWO dogs (approximately $18,360), we file ONE claim (for $1800) in all that time and have gotten NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND from this company! They asked for medical records over the last two years, fine, no problem. Then, they wanted the 2 previous years before that, fine. Then, two years before that! We were filing a claim for 2 cracked molars and the surgery required to remove the teeth. So, NO, dental is NOT covered, as the policy states. Our dog also had an enlarged prostate. In order to fix it, he had to be neutered. Didn't cover that either. Fetch is a complete waste of time and money! In the meantime, our dog passed away from an unknown illness. Only THEN, when we cancelled BOTH policies attempt to give us $180 and some change. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

The Best Pet Insurance
This is one of the best Pet Insurance in the market.
Prompt to pay and excellent coverage plans that would fit any budget.
Today I spoke with Tattianna Smith regarding the coverage of my pets. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind, showing compassion and care for my recent kitten loss due to a horrible neurological disease. She was like all the teamwork for Fetch: THE BEST!

these people suck
man if i knew something the old vet set 5 years ago would screw us on our end we wouldnt of paid all that money for years my dog had bad teeth i knew that but i thought they would cover what happen in 2023 not what a doctor said 5 years ago her eye and cheek bad so we paid for that and her teeth next day and we paid that but again for a vet saying tar tar 5 years ago so enjoy our money customer service was awesome but the answer sucked now we have to pay back 2400 because they declind us :) u have been warned watch out
