This is a great company and well worth…

This is a great company and well worth the investment. My dog had to have surgery for a torn ACL. I sent the bill and the medical note. I had already met my deductible. They had paid the claim within a week with no questions asked. Super easy and policy very easy to understand.

Grateful for Fetch

My pup was diagnosed with Cushing’s Disease last March and Fetch has been a huge help. I’d only used it for a claim about 4 yrs ago and that went really well and this time has been just as good an experience. Filing the claims are so easy and the reimbursements come within a couple of days. This will be a lifelong treatment so I appreciate having Fetch.

Overall it is a quick and easy enrolling process…

Overall it is a quick and easy enrolling process. Jason was very patient and explained every question I asked. When I told him that my dog just had his annual check and everything was ok, Jason reminded me to make sure that the Vet recorded his knee checking result in order to eliminate the 6-month waiting time for any knee issues coverage.

Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service. I had to call over the phone to update my address as that's not an option online. Janelle S. was friendly, patient, and communicated steps along the way in updating my address and getting me a new quote/policy that fit my needs. They also went out of their way to go through important updates since I was a previous customer and they have some new features that will make submitting claims a breeze. Already feeling more at ease!

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
