Great Insurance, they have paid all my dogs claims in a timely fashion

Thank goodness for Fetch! My dog is still in the ER being diagnosed and Fetch has handled all the claims quickly and easily. Their staff are friendly, empathetic and helpful. I highly recommend Fetch for your pet insurance needs!

I have had Fetch pet insurance for almost 4 years. My Golden retriever has severe allergies and Fetch has helped me with the costly medications to keep my pet from chewing and licking herself raw. They handle all my claims in a timely manner and give excellent customer service when I need them. I highly recommend this pet plan company.

After some initial hiccups with them, it has gone smoothly and pay is fast once the claims have been reviewed. Thank thank you.

I’ve been with Fetch -Petplan for over a decade but for some reason just recently they changed the way they handle claims. My dog has been very sick and I’ve had to take her to the vet a couple times a week. Fetch has a convoluted way of handling claims. One of my claims was broken down into 5 separate claims and when I did the math to see how much I should be reimbursed it was way off from what I was actually paid. I spoke to a supervisor and they also noticed mistakes so they sent it back to claims. I had to wait 4 weeks for it to be reimbursed and it still seems wrong. I called customer support and they also said it’s not clearly explained how they came up with a random number to reimburse me so she downloaded documentation on her end and emailed it to me. Now I have to download and print out all of the documentation that is not listed in my account online and try to figure out how much I should be reimbursed. It’s been a total nightmare and not what I really wanted to have been dealing with while caring for a sick elderly dog in the middle of a pandemic.
