Today was the second time that Megan has helped me with a problem concerning my Fetch account for my dog. The first time, I had a number of claims which had not arrived to you after being forwarded by my veterinary clinic. Megan calmly explained what she had on file and offered to help me use the Fetch app to re-submit all claims from home. Today I had questions about claims that had been denied, and she expertly explained that one had been coded incorrectly and the other needed more information which again, she explained how to correct. I told Megan that she was a great asset to your company and in my experience has improved greatly the degree of Fetch customer service.
