Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Today was the second time that Megan has helped me with a problem concerning my Fetch account for my dog. The first time, I had a number of claims which had not arrived to you after being forwarded by my veterinary clinic. Megan calmly explained what she had on file and offered to help me use the Fetch app to re-submit all claims from home. Today I had questions about claims that had been denied, and she expertly explained that one had been coded incorrectly and the other needed more information which again, she explained how to correct. I told Megan that she was a great asset to your company and in my experience has improved greatly the degree of Fetch customer service.

Easy and fast .

We choose Pet Plan (now Fetch) as soon as we brought home our golden doodle...almost 3 years ago. Last year, we had to use our pet insurance for the first time, when Cody became very sick and was diagnosed with Addison's Disease. Then, a few months ago, he decided to get into the garbage and ate a bag of chocolate covered raisins. Yup. Another vet visit. I easily learned how to submit a claim...always having the invoice and summary notes sent to me by the vet so I can attach them to the online claim form. It's been very easy, and payments have been made to our bank account without problem. Our monthly premiums have stayed very close to the same price for the three years we've been customers. Good job, Fetch!
