Peace of Mind

After my free rescue puppy got sick unexpectedly and cost a ton of money... I got Fetch, and it's been the best peace of mind I could ask for. The interface is supereasy to navigate and intuitive. The reps are friendly and explain everything, but best of all my now-senior dog is covered in the event the unthinkable occurs.

6 months of complaining and nothing has been fixed

The app and website are always down. I've had to submit almost every claim by email or phone. Customer service is terrible. Even when they finally reached out by email to say they'd fixed my account and did it work now, they ignored my response that no, it was still not working. If the company I worked for did not offer Fetch as a free benefit, I would 100% take my business some place else.

Jasmine got a new lease on life

Jasmine is a Sato Project dog, rescued from Dead Dog Beach in Puerto Rico and arrived in a Freedom Flight early last year. Sadly, she came down with erlichia from a tick bite recently and her platelets were dangerously low - low enough for her to go into shock. We took her right into the ER and we were faced with possibly saying goodbye to her. Fortunately, we took out a Fetch policy as soon as we adopted her earlier last year, and we were able to save her. The policy is worth its weight in gold. Thank you, Fetch. Jasmine went through too much to get here and Fetch made it possible for her to live a best life yet to come. She is getting healthier, happier and lovelier.

I have given a one star rating because…

I have given a one star rating because of something common as soft stool in kittens during the waiting period occurred. And didn’t happen ever again until 3 months later my kitten ended up with Diarrhea. Not soft stool this time. I was denied coverage because that was a symptom during the waiting period. I basically pay for insurance for nothing now because now my kitten is suffering from diarrhea on a daily basis.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
