I signed up for insurance on the 2nd, was charged on the 9th. Went to my first vet visit on the 25th and was told I would not be reimbursed because it was within my 15 day waiting period. The day I signed up was 23 days before that visit, and the day I was charged was 17 days before the visit. Both of those should be after my 15 day waiting period. It sounds like I am getting scammed and you are refusing to pay me back. I have called twice to ask and customer service says they can't see enough on their end so they don't know what to tell me.
