So very disappointed
So very disappointed. I have been a customer for a decade. Watched my premium increase to the point where it is thousands (not joking) a year. Meanwhile talking to a real person just gets harder and harder. I am still waiting on a claim from July. I just keep getting endless emails or texts saying “still in review”. How this company has changed over the years and not for the better. We are getting a new pet tomorrow evening and have decided to try another company. Perhaps it’s no better, but this company is delay, deny, delay deny. But rest assured they never delay taking a premium payment.
