We have been with Fetch for year more yrs than i can count. I believe since about 2009.s
We have been with Fetch for years. And we have insured each fur baby we have had with your company. Fetch (gopetplan), has ALWAYS been the for us. In 2017 our Copper was diagnosed with a mottled spleen(hemangiosarcoma), he needed an emergency surgery. Fetch was right there for us processing claims Very quickly. I worked alot with Angie at the time. She always made thing simple and smooth.
Unfortunately in March of 2018 we lost our Beautiful Bandit to the same (hemangiosarcoma), it was devastating!
When we took him to the specialist, when he jumped out of the car he blew BOTH ACL's. Fetch was right there for us and Angie even helped in locating a company that made custom braces. Bandit had no time for surgery bc he was fighting cancer. On March 21st we lost him when his spleen ruptured. And if that wasn't enough heartache on May 6th 2018 (just 5 weeks later we lost our beautiful Logan when his HEART ruptured. Yes AGAIN to (hemangiosarcoma).
Needless to say all of this heartache and stress were awful. But Fetch, with Angie, right there for us, she made things as easy as possible. Even going as far as sending reimbursement checks 2nd day priority..
Fast forward to 2019 and Copper was diagnosed with Interstitial Cancer.
We took him to Marqueen in Roseville Ca. They have an entire team of Dr.s.
From Emergency vet services to oncology.
Fetch NEVER let us down covering Copper and his 2 yr battle with cancer. Again, we NEVER had a claim questioned or not paid. We lost our heart boy on Valentines day 2021..
We now have 2 fur kids at the moment and, Again, you guys are always there.
I spoke to Naomi yesterday when there was a question about the invoice. She has picked up where Angie left off taking care of the issue ASAP. I will be asking for her if i ever need to call for an issue. She was kind, considerate, very helpful and Very empathetic. Apparently another VERY GOOD team at Fetch.
The only negative i feel i need to comment on is the time it takes to process a claim now. Its quite a bit longer.
But that has nothing to do with Naomi and her team. That would be the teams that actually process the claims.
In closing please let me say I recommend your Company to anyone who asks, and I always give your company a 10....
By the way, another great feature is direct deposits of claims.
That is Amazing and another step that REALLY helps out the pet parents. So Thank you Naomi and your team. Thank you Fetch for always being there when us pet parents need you the most.
We will continue our partnership with you and Im sure you have several others that we have referred to you.
