There is no way to reach a PERSON to speak to
There is no way to reach a PERSON to speak with. I was asked to submit 'additional information' from my vet which I did. After that I received 2 more messages to submit 'additional information' but my vet said that they don't have any 'additional' information.
And that was the last I heard from Fetch Pet Insurance. No denial, no reason - just silence.
Update: I was finally contacted by a real Person - she was helpful and explained what I still needed to submit. Now I know and hopefully in the future things will go more smoothly. I will change my review from 2 stars to 4 stars.
I am not impressed and am considering to discontinue this insurance.
