Fetch is family
Our little pup was always active from the first day we took her home. We did everything we thought we should. Trained her well. Rewarded her with the things pups love most. One day, however, she jumped from the sofa and herniated her back. We took her for treatment at the animal university center. Initally we wanted to avoid surgery but medicated treatment would turn out to be insufficient and we had to reconsider surgery.
After the neurosurgeon consult, we confirmed our policy coverage (as easy as sending an email…. Who would have guessed?!?) Then came the day of surgery. We were able to focus on our little girl’s care and comfort. Fetch took care of the rest. They were very clear and prompt in telling us what to request for documentation from the hospital. They advised it could take a few weeks to get the claim fully reviewed and a check issued. We got weekly check-in emails advising us the status. Within three weeks we had a check in the mailbox. They covered exactly what they advised they would. No hidden costs. No small print. No headaches or debates. Their proactive and open line of communicating with customers reminds me of what is important when our fur family’s health is priority number one.
