Finding the right pet insurance was a…
Finding the right pet insurance was a bit overwhelming for my puppy. Between deductibles, % of coverage, wellness plans, and so much more, it is stressful making sure you choose the right plan and company. I’m thankful I called and spoke to Amanda Mello. She had so much knowledge and was eager to answer all of my questions regarding the plans. I called TruPanion and Nationwide but did not get the level of compassion and knowledge like I did with Amanda. I knew I found the right insurance after talking to Amanda. Rates are competitive, benefits are competitive and the wellness plan is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. Amanda, Thank you for helping me find the right plan for my Piper Ann!

Uncovered claims
We got fetch pet insurance when we adopted our two kittens from the SPCA.
They were sent home with amoxicillin for a minor upper respiratory infection that is common in adoption agencies due to crowded conditions. These symptoms of sneezing, runny nose, and eyes did not go away. After many additional visits to Vet and testing, we found that they have feline herpes. This is something that they were born with. I was thankful that we had the fetch pet insurance for help paying for some of these bills. But… after much deliberation, it was decided that, no, nothing would be covered because this is a “pre-existing condition”. this is just not right, when we adopted these cats, this was not known. They were born with Feline Herpes contracted from their mother. My question is, how far back does a preexisting condition go???!
For these reasons, I would not recommend this pet insurance!!!

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.
