Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Update: After I posted this review Fetch reached out and approved our claim within 24 hours and I was paid in a few days. Fetch advertises that it pays claims quickly, normally 14 days. We had an emergency surgery with our guy in September and I filed my claim on 10/2, it still hasn't been paid. The frustrating thing is that they cannot tell me when it will be paid. They wait for almost 30 days, ask another question and then tell you it can be 30 days from the previous time you answered their question. I know it's a very big claim but I put these expenses on my credit cards back in September, thinking that Fetch would pay in a timely manner but that has not happened yet. I still cannot get an answer on when it will be paid.

Not true all insurance info that they show , After taking like 4 months of all proof they still denied my claim , never couldn’t get in touch with any live representative until you tell them you are going to cancel membership…. Then they will sent you a phone number , Rip offs ……. I spend $833 they paid nothing I sent out all proofs they ask me….

I recently got in touch with Sally for information about my dogs policy. In my opinion she went over and beyond in helping me. We were able to get all the information needed in a very timely matter. I only ever had to make 1 claim and it was easy to do. The company is very easy to work with. Very good customer service.

I have had other pet policies an had trouble collecting any reimbursement. Fletch has a simple easy way to make claims. They are reviewed in a timely manner. Their explanations are clear and concise. They have reimbursed me several times, for which I am very glad.

Fetch is very easy to use and gets me my refund in a timely manor! It takes the stress of pet bills fully off my shoulders. I am beyond grateful for Fetch and how it makes it affordable for care for my pet (surgery) and the ease of it completely relieves my stress so I can focus on caring for my beloved pet.
