You actually can not talk to a real person.
They use artificial Intelligence chat boxes to be their relay between Fetch and you.
If you do ever get through they ask you the same questions that you told the robot.
Always wanting more information and documentation you have already provided.
What a business model. Take in more money than you pay out. Sad to say we gave them a year of poor service.
