Positive Communication Negative Reviewer Protocol
The response time is very impressive & while this time it did take a few weeks, you sent emails & text messages with updates & explanations for the delay.
Negative thigs which may be due to the reviewer (perhaps more training or a review of the current protocols for acceptable information).
1) I had to resend the same documentation twice.
2) The medication receipt submitted with the veterinarian's medical notes were insufficient. I had to contact the pharmacy to obtain additional information which was bizarre considering the only way we could have received the antibiotics was because of the veterinarian's prescription (as noted in the medical notes).
