Could not be happier with the service

Joshua Sabado did a great job helping me find just the right policies for my three dogs that were affordable and also giving me great coverage. He made recommendations for polices for each dog that were nearly spot on. He really seemed to know what he was doing. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I got policies for 3 dogs for almost the exact same price as I was paying for 2 dogs (I just got a new puppy) and I got better coverage.

I had interest experience with fetch( Understand the PDS)

I have had the an interesting experience with fetch, they do not follow up claim, you are left doing the chasing. My claim went into dispute as they claimed that my dog had exiting condition based on eating wood chip. (Inflammation off lower gut causing bleeding in poo/vomit) So I asked Where in PDS does does it state that eating crap of floor is exiting conditions. ( I see yourtypical cookie cut reply. You have my detail you can explain and contact me ) Finally got resolution on my claim, spoke to Andrew Moore(Operation Manager), and I understand now how Fetch address existing conditions or not. Please read the PDS and section, Related to exiting conditions and what their definition is.

High premiums, manufactured evidence to deny claims

Fetch has denied claims for treatment of my dog’s hip dysplasia by citing pre-existing symptoms that my pet’s veterinarian believes are unreasonable and unrelated to hip dysplasia. When vet attempted to discuss reasons for claim denial, Fetch came up with different reasons not documented and refused to discuss documented reasons. Additionally, premiums have doubled in just 1 year. I am now paying $1,000 a year in premiums and they have paid out roughly $300 in claims. They have denied over $2,000 in claims for all manner of issues (not just hip dysplasia) Editing this review to address Fetch’s reply: my dog’s vet does not agree with the reasons you have documented for claim denial within the 6 month hip dysplasia exclusionary period. They believe the things you have documented were unrelated to hip dysplasia. However you refuse to have a conversation with my dog’s vet to hear their point of view. Also your definition of clinical sign is a change in behavior. But there was not a change in my dog’s behavior prior to and within the 6-month hip dysplasia exclusionary period - and I have photographs back to when he was 3 months old to prove it. But you refuse to discuss or consider. You simply want to deny claims so that you can maximize profits. As a practical matter, you do not cover hip dysplasia even tho you claim in your marketing materials that you do = fraud

I spoke with Samantha Jenkins who was absolutely a pleasure to chat with. I had several questions about why my claim was still in review and she explained everything with amazing clarity. She was kind, professional and extremely courteous. She truly made me happy that I chose Fetch to help me out with my Ginger. Thanks Samantha 🙏🏻
