Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Having been a pet owner before, when I got my new puppy, I knew pet insurance was a must. We researched many companies and ended up with Fetch for their balance of cost and coverage. I'm so thankful we chose Fetch. It has been a super smooth experience, and their customer service is excellent. I'm very thankful to Laura who helped explain our benefits over the phone and ensured we did not have any lingering questions. She also showed concern and care for our pet, and we greatly appreciate her authenticity. Thank you again, Laura and Fetch Pet Insurance! We will be sure to recommend Fetch to anyone in need of a good pet insurance provider.

I can't believe I am actually writing this review! I have been with Fetchpet for 10 years and I have never had an issue. I had my car stolen about 3 months ago along with my wallet so I had to get a new credit card / account. I updated the account into on both of my accounts. My oldest dog has his own account and I entered in the new card info. Not thinking anything of it I went about my day. As his account is under my ex it is not under my email address, I am unable to see anything that comes in. Finding out now that all emails Fetchpet sends go to spam. I went to make a claim for him the other day only to see that his account was canceled. I was shocked and called them right away. I spoke to 3 different ppl, 2 of which didnt even escalate the issue as they said they would and the 3rd never called me back. I have been told now that they will not reinstate him. He is 11 and is loosing the use of his legs. All I wanted to be able to do was provide physically therapy and swimming for him as that is what he loves! I never thought I would leave a bad review here but here I am. "We care about your pets" ..... Right ok!

Save your money. Fetch has collected premiums for my two dogs for almost two years and every time we file a claim they request more and more information and never get to the point of paying out a claim. I was sold the policies saying a physical exam was all that was needed for the dogs to be insured but we ultimately had provided all medical records going back to their first exams. They continued to say they don't have the documents they need so I ultimately had to cancel. Kicking myself for paying premiums as long as I did. The idea of pet insurance sounds great but find a company that actually insures your dogs rather than one that just collects premiums.

Joshua Sabado was very professional and paid attention to our needs and concerns, so I could have a good coverage plan for our new puppy Teddy.
