Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

I am a die hard fan of another company that unfortunately wouldn’t quote my girl due to her birth defects. I’ve also had a horrendous experience with a different company. I am very grateful Fetch gave us the opportunity to insure her. I have had a good experience overall, save two factors. The turnaround time is a little longer than I’m used to and if you file a claim, you can no longer change coverage. At the time, our income was more limited and I chose a higher deductible and 80% reimbursement. We filed one claim and due to an improvement in our financial situation, I wanted to raise the reimbursement percentage and lower the deductible, understanding the premium would increase. Because I had filed one claim, I can no longer change coverage.

The claim process was very easy and the review time was quick. Once the claim was processed, the payment was made timely with the medically necessary procedures being covered.

Great experience

Fetch helped me in the most difficult time of my life, with my child no human, was all so extremely painful, but it help me to feel safe I didn't have to hold the best medical care for him. The costumer service was also wonderful. I recommend Fetch I felt they care and want to help and did help!
