I was calling to cancel my pet insurance for my two dogs (Bent'e & Barely A Dog). My Husband recently lost his job and I am on Social Security.
My customer service representative just happed to be Denise A. Who not only showed empathy, but was able to get me a reduce monthly payment regarding Barely A Dog, She gave me options and worked with me on both accounts. Her bedside manner, professionalism, knowledge of the company and overall representation was EXCELLENT. When I asked how long she had worked at Fetch, she informed, since Jan 2023. I was impressed. She is a keeper
