Good Experience, Just Needs A Little Improvement
This insurance has pretty good coverage and a wellness plan if you’re interested in that. My dog has been with Fetch for about 3 years now and no major issues with them ever. However, the process has been taking a lot longer lately (although they send emails/texts notifying you that they’re taking a while so at least they’re communicative), their app’s UI can definitely have some improvements (i.e. not being able to find claim info easily, having to dig to find how much deductible is left), and there was one time that they’ve declined a claim and I’ve had to have the vet explain in more detail for them to approve which was a hassle. Customer service has always been friendly however, and I’ve had no issues with them ever.
