Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

There is a lot of required and/or specialized documentation. I guess I get that, but I was asked a couple of times for things that I had already sent itn. One thing I didn't like was that they wanted me to submit all the records our dog ever had, going back to his birth. Once I got all that straightened out, things went very smoothly. My first claim all went to deductible, and the second went mostly to deductible. After that, they paid quickly and seemlessly. My next review will probably be higher since the initial documentation is complete.

Fetch is a comprehensive emergency insurance that recently added wellness as an option to policies [ I added it at renewal]. Grateful to have Fetch on our side. After a year, my dog required emergency surgery and Fetch covered their percentage promised in my policy. Very grateful my dog was insured. Emergencies are unexpected!!

Just get the medical notes & invoice from your vet, & Fetch processes the coverage within the week. Fetch’s quick, thorough responsiveness has been a literal lifesaver for our cat, & a financial lifesaver for her humans. We’d never had pet insurance before Fetch. Now we’d never again have a pet without Fetch on our family’s team.

This insurance is the best. After reviewing other insurance providers I found Fetch met all my needs. They are excellent at responding in a timely manner and find their APP to be user friendly. I would recommend them for anyone looking for insurance for their pets.

I am very grateful that the Humane Society recommended fetch insurance over the others when I adopted Walter. Fetch has been incredibly straightforward and easy to use. What’s more, so is that they practice what they preach and took care of me the moment I needed to use their services. I’ve already submitted my care claim and a hospital claim.
