Extremely slow in deciding whether to pay for medicine for my puppy's Giardia. I've given SOAP documents and lab reports. Still no answer. How long should this take, for heaven's sake!

So far so good!
We have used Fetch for a few months now. We used it for our puppy's first and second visits. Both the app and the website are very easy to navigate. Uploading documents and finding out results was very easy. The whole procedure was very smooth and simple to follow and we got our money back very fast.

Took my pup to get his first check up…
Took my pup to get his first check up and some shots and overall i found that will be it because they really dont cover anymore…what a waste..this is toward the (wellness) program…dog need to see the bet at least 2 times a year and i just about exhausted what is coved-so my $20 something i pay a month will basically cover 1 visit…so at the end of the year i will be paying $220 plus for nothing and you can not stop the wellness program…not what i thought
