Great Customer Service

I’ve had fetch pet insurance for probably half a year now and I haven’t really utilized it until recently, but the customer service is very good. I’m not gonna mention any names obviously but the support team members I was talking to yesterday was very helpful, caring, enthusiastic and just all around helpful in the entirety of the call. I really enjoyed talking to her and she made the process really smooth and easy, hope she get rewarded for her service.

KyAnn was excellent

KyAnn was excellent . She answered all my questions completely and quickly . She gave me tips on how to send in the documents I needed to send in for my Dog's claim . KyAnn is a real ASSET to Fetch .She is friendly and knowledgeable and courteous - EXACTLY what a customer appreciates ! Also I am very pleased with My FETCH insurance . Thank you for reimbursing me for my dog's back injury surgery and continued care and medications.

Telephone call.

I have not had a claim yet.My experience with the telephone rep was great.Heather explained things perfectly. She stayed on the phone while I got the problem solved. I really appreciate when a rep is knowledgable, polite and friendly!

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
