If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. Fetch was great until it wasn’t. They don’t actually care about your pets so don’t be fooled by their messaging like I was. They will decrease your policy to their highest deductible and to the lowest co-insurance coverage with no warning or explanation. You will have to fight for the reason behind the change. They won’t even give you policy options like it states in your renewal email. It is a take the lousy offer or just leave. Pet insurance companies know that if you start using the pet insurance then you are stuck if you want coverage for your pet. Everything becomes pre-existing. It is so easy for them to screw you over and they enjoy doing it. I was more than happy to pay more money for the policy I had. I was even expecting the premium to go up. I was planning on paying it. I wasn’t expecting them to raise my deductible, lower my co-insurance, and lower the premium. None of this makes sense. What is the point of being a loyal customer if they just take away the policy you’ve been paying for. You had a loyal paying customer that you have now screwed over and proven that you actually don’t care about animals and their owners at all. The customer service is so awful. I used to recommend so many people to this company but never again. The fact that I have talked to multiple that said we can’t help you. We aren’t going to do anything or help you. What happened to good customer service? I need a company to rely for my pets needs and this one just isn’t it. Please, whatever you decide to do, find a better company for your pets. I miss Petplan. They were a great company. It sucks that Fetch bought them. I’ve had nothing but issues with Fetch.

GREAT APPROVAL RATE

They take care of payments for approved claims immediately with the option for direct deposit. It is very helpful when you are paycheck to paycheck. Customer service is great, too. Representative was English-speaking and clear.

Ask for Justin Erwin if you need help!

Fetch made a mistake with a claim of mine (no big deal, it happens) but then they struggled to clear it up. When I finally talked to a live person, Justin Erwin was able to get everything sorted out in less than 24 hours. Because of his excellent communication and fantastic customer service, I will continue to do business with the company. Thank you, Justin!

Client for 9 yrs- waste of so much money

I had Petplan, now Fetch since 2015 for 1 dog and then in 2019 I added my 2nd dog. I have paid so much over the years for their plans yet they are horrible and I have been denied reimbursement for things I should have been reimbursed for. I finally had it and cancelled it all together last week after they denied my claim for a wellness visit to the vet, and they said I didn’t have wellness coverage, even though I added wellness coverage in November, paid for it, and for no reason whatsoever, they took upon themselves to remove the coverage when I updated my mailing address in December. In 9 years the only person/representative that has ever been honest and treated me like I mattered was Gerrone Newsome. They need more people working for them like Gerrone, he actually took the time to understand what was going on and do what he could to help.

Fetch is a very good pet ins

Fetch is a very good pet ins. I have sent 2 invoice in and have received payments within a week or 2. I am very happy I choose Fetch.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
