I am extremely dissatisfied with this insurance company and the attitude of their live chat customer service. My dog is not yet one year old, and in August, we visited the vet for an examination and treatment due to diarrhea. I submitted the relevant invoice and medical record from 0-4 months. However, they still requested the medical record for 0-8 months, even though there were no vet visits between 4-8 months, except for the one in August for diarrhea. But that's fine. About 1-2 weeks ago, I asked my vet to email them the complete medical record, and I even have the vet's email confirmation. Yet they still claim they haven’t received it. It's absurd, and I do not recommend choosing them.
