Submitting a claim
Was easy submitting the claim and receiving the direct deposit back into my account however, a few things could have made it better. The wait period was long and the addition of documents could be improved. I accidentally added the wrong document in the medical records section and had to redo the claim because I couldn’t remove it. It would be helpful too if, when adding the invoice, the total and date field were automatically populated from the invoice to remove the chance of human error and make the experience a little easier.
