Kelsey was very helpful to me on our phone call today and answered every question I had & was very polite & courteous. I appreciated her help very much. I had a hard time trying to Google a valid customer service number to get to speak to a live person today & in the process of doing that saw other people’s reviews with the same complaint. I asked Kelsey if she would mind mentioning it to someone in your marketing department so that you could possibly fix a place on the app that would allow you to make a phone call directly from the app. The only way I was able to get through to someone was by using my laptop & getting on a chat with a live person who gave me the phone number. Kelsey is an asset to your company.

What went right should be the question! Multiple requests for the same information in order to process a claim. 5 months of phone calls, e-mails w/requested information sent/resent including from our vet(s), notified they don't read mail for 30 days since I provided a hard copy since their claims adjusters don't read prior claim information submitted through their claim system. This company should be sent to the Better Business Bureau.

At first they were great. Paid all our claims. Then when the policy renewed, they decreased our coverage from unlimited annual limit, $300 deductible, and 90% reimbursement to a $15,000 annual limit, $500 deductible, and 70% reimbursement. I called and was told it was because they had paid us too much in claims. My dog has no ongoing conditions. He had one expensive claim for foreign body surgery. So be warned, if you actually use the insurance, which is the whole point of having it, you’ll be forced into a much worse plan.
