I have no idea how much people have…

I have no idea how much people have been paid to write these "5 star reviews " I am involved with animal rescue for over 20 years, I currently have 7 of my own "failed adoptions" I have pet insurance on all of them through Nationwide (Excellent) They required 3 dollars more a month to add my lastest rescue ( I just buried my husband & father the same day & every penny counts) so I decided to go with "FETCH" I Was extremely thorough in explaining the situation with Papa he is a rescue I am not familiar with his medical background obviously, Therefore would he be accepted? I was told to get him a full blood panel guaranteeing no pre-existing conditions no cancer so $320 instead of a 60 dollar wellness check up, The test came back perfect, I felt a bum on his toe, I asked the vet to look at it, It was a pimple, NOT CANCER, NOT EFFECTING ANYTHING IN HIS DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES, it would Eventually be Visually unattractive, I call NOT 1 time but 3 times spoke with 3 different representatives ALL 3 told me papa was covered for a removal (ALL 3 REPRESENTATIVES) 1200 dollars I removed it, Submitted my paperwork as well as doctor notes and papa lab work saying! NO FURTHER TREATMENTS, NO PREEXISTING CONDITIONS,NO CANCER!! 3 weeks later On THE APP ( not even a call) THEY ARE REQUIRING "his medical records" So I called and explained I do not have them but Fetch had me do a full blood panel! He continued to say (Josh rude arrogant) Oh well the vist from the blood panel states the "pimple" was already there so YOUR NOT COVERED, I lost my mind,After being so diligent and thorough With regards to this situation this is the Stunt they are gonna pull? Supervisor (Annie) Gets on the phone she acts completely appalled at this situation,she's gonna put this in front of a board, she heard the recordings from my conversations with the other representatives and I am correct, shes even gonna hold my monthly payment until this is settled & I SHOULDN'T WORRY BECAUSE SHE WILL BE DEALING WITH THIS PERSONALLY that was 4 weeks ago, I email every single day and call NOT 1 PERSON HAS THE DECENCY TO CALL BACK! THIS WEEK 22 EMAILS HAVE BEEN REJECTED FOR "DELIVERY FAILURES" BUT EVERY SINGLE DAY THEY SEND ME A WARNING ON ME PAYING THEM!! I WANT MY FUNDS! NOT ONLY AM I REPORTING THEM 2 THE BBB BUT I AM SITTING WITH AN ATTORNEY, ALMOST 2000 DOLLARS IN 1 MONTH BASED OFF WHAT THEY TOLD ME TO DO! I WILL DONATE THE WIN TO RESCUES ENOUGH IS ENOUGH WITH COMPANIES TAKING AND NOT HONORING THE COMMITMENTS THEY HAVE ADOPTED!. EVERY RESCUE I DEAL WITH WILL ALSO BE ADDING THEM TO SCAM LIST NATIONWIDE

I had filed claims for both of my 5…

I had filed claims for both of my 5 month old puppies and what the Vet e-mailed was somewhat confusing. They hadn't separated their notes, so claims only opened file for one. Kelcey went through everything & she got it corrected. She was so pleasant & patient!!She is certainly is a keeper.

Amazing customer service!

Fetch customer service has always been A+. I spoke with Denise A recently about renewing with additional coverage, and she walked me through all the pricing and what was covered. She was incredibly thorough and helpful, and I really appreciated it.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
