Not super impressed

Not super impressed. Submitted receipts for a couple of smaller visits and they take the 20% copay out of smaller bills and then apply the rest to deductible. So your $500 deductible is really $600. Might be a good deal if you have a larger bill up front, but the “math isn’t mathing” in regards to deductible on smaller bills. We will see what happens as the year goes on, but so far not a fan.

Easy to use

After our old pup needed lots of vet care and medicines, we decided that insurance for our new puppy was a good idea. And when she needed to be on long term medication, Fetch was appreciated. It is easy to file claims and reimbursement is prompt. Customer Service is prompt and helpful.

Awful

Awful. My cat had blood in his stool. My bill at the doctor’s office was $368 and Fetch kept sending me emails to add additional documents regarding his health condition... My pet only had a few vaccines since he is only two years old so of course there isn’t anything else to add but the doctor’s visit note, some vaccine certificates and the bill. I attached like 8 documents and they denied my claim. They’re a scam! Just taking money but never paying off the visits or emergencies. DO NOT GET FETCH!

Wellness is not worth it

I am regretting the wellness coverage. It is costing me more in the long run to have this coverage. I am regretting selecting the wellness coverage so much. In the first month I spent double what they cover already and I still have to pay for the coverage that I won't need for the rest of the term sor 11 more months before I can cancel it. So frustrated. Embarrassed I fell for this.

Outstanding!

I have had nothing but a great experience insuring my pup through Fetch. The claim process is easy and fair and have not had any issues whatsoever. I don’t know what I’d do without insurance these last few months. Thanks Fetch!

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
