I've been a loyal customer of Fetch Pet Insurance for an astounding 14 years, and I can confidently say that their coverage is nothing short of amazing. Throughout my journey with Fetch, I've had the pleasure of experiencing their exceptional service and comprehensive coverage firsthand, making a challenging time in my life a little easier.
Fetch Pet Insurance's coverage is truly impressive. They cover virtually everything, with the exception of preexisting conditions and routine visits like vaccines. This coverage came in handy, especially during the first two years of my beloved Frenchie's life when it more than paid for itself. Knowing that I had Fetch by my side to help with unexpected medical expenses provided invaluable peace of mind.
However, what truly sets Fetch apart is their outstanding customer service, and in particular, Heather Fisher. When my Frenchie sadly passed away on September 20, 2023, I needed to make the difficult decision to cancel his insurance. Heather Fisher was there to guide me through the process with unwavering compassion and professionalism.
Heather took her time to ensure I understood every step of the process and patiently answered all my questions. She displayed a genuine understanding of the emotional difficulty of the situation and went above and beyond to provide support during a trying time. Most notably, she was able to backdate my bill and promptly reimbursed me for the month of October, something I genuinely appreciated.
Losing a pet is an incredibly emotional and challenging experience, and often, practical matters like canceling insurance can slip through the cracks as we cope with our grief. Heather's proactive assistance was a reminder that Fetch Pet Insurance genuinely cares about its customers and their pets, even during the most difficult moments.
In conclusion, Fetch Pet Insurance has been a lifeline for me and my furry family member for over a decade, providing excellent coverage and unwavering support. The compassionate service I received from Heather Fisher during my Frenchie's passing further solidified my trust in this company. Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.

Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
