NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE FOR 6 DAYS! -RESOLVED!
I have been trying for the last 6 days to contact a live person at Fetch - I am calling during live phone hours - yet another announcement says they are closed. Meanwhile I have 2 claims just sitting stating they need more documents - I called them quite a while ago when their phones were working, and it was confirmed that they indeed found what they needed within the documents they already had - and that the claims would be processed. WELL…..it is not happening - and no one has been answering the telephones. I would like someone from the company to call me. MATTER RESOLVED - SATISFIED. THANK YOU! CHANGED FROM 1 STAR TO 5 STARS.
