Gratitude
We are grateful for the service you perform.....we have had policies for years and prayed we'd never need it. We have done everything in the way of best practices caring for our pets with proper nurishment, exercise and love. However, illness still strikes and it is costly. The stress level is tremendous when a loved one is ill, as we all know. Fetch has our back helping with financial obligations which allows us to sleep a bit better at night . All 3 of our pets have needed Fetch at different times, and now concurrently. I manage the process of online submission of claims fairly well. I am able to trust Fetch with my direct payment method of reimbursement. I do wish for a quicker return time between our submission of a claim and final approval but I do understand each claim requires careful evaluation. From a technological view, in future I see a need for Fetch to figure out how I can submit 2 different invoices I am charged for into one claim for a vet so that it does not invalidate the total cost of 2 or more invoices being submitted. The online system only acknowledges the second invoice instead of adding the 2 invoices together. So when the happened what I did was to explain what is going on with 2 invoice totals in the introductory box where I explain why I am presenting a claim. If you call me maybe I can explain this part better. Again, we are so grateful for your financial support to our 3 therapy fur babies. We were originally recommended by our primary vet office staff friend to use Fetch and recommended which policy to use around 2010 and we are so thankful for that strong a recommendation. I innocently never thought we'd need pet healthcare so badly. It is a hard journey. We pay Fetch premiums and forgo many a vacation or restaurant to pay those premiums because the health of loved ones, human or pet, come first no matter the sacrifice.
