I spoke with Tattianna Smith and she was perfectly wonderful! She obtained all necessary records and invoices from my vet and forwarded them to the appropriate department. You are so fortunate to have such a kind, patient and caring employee. I am so grateful to her for all her efforts on my behalf.

My claims take weeks to be processed if they even get approved. I have to make constant phone calls to Fetch as well as my vet for the same paperwork I already submitted and this happens for all my claims. None of my claims have gone through without some kind of delay or issue. It feels like they are doing everything they can to not pay the claim.

Don was so patient with me and was able to assist me. He was professional and explained what to do in a manner which helped me to know what to do. Thanks Don!

Update: After I posted this review Fetch reached out and approved our claim within 24 hours and I was paid in a few days. Fetch advertises that it pays claims quickly, normally 14 days. We had an emergency surgery with our guy in September and I filed my claim on 10/2, it still hasn't been paid. The frustrating thing is that they cannot tell me when it will be paid. They wait for almost 30 days, ask another question and then tell you it can be 30 days from the previous time you answered their question. I know it's a very big claim but I put these expenses on my credit cards back in September, thinking that Fetch would pay in a timely manner but that has not happened yet. I still cannot get an answer on when it will be paid.
