Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Best pet insurance in the market, my experience with this company has been the absolute best. Had it for 7 years and only started using this year after my cat’s cancer diagnosis. Everyone is helpful, caring and loving. Understanding to a point that help you process claims and expedite payment. They are truly amazing!

Slow claim service, deductible is significant compared to typical total charge of a vet visit resulting in either no reimbursement and the coverage for regularvists are also subject to their reduced pricing (eg bill for regular visit is $275 and they reduce it to their allowed amount less the deductible). Bottom line is $80+ in monthly premium gives you minimal reimbursement. Coverage isnt worth it

My first experience was with one of your sales reps. She was very informative and if she didn’t know the answer she reached out to her colleagues. I spoke with many companies and was most impressed with your rep esp since it was an in person phone convo. Submitting claims is easy and very simple. The response time on wellness visits was amazing.

They are very helpful and transparent. Multiple options for you and your pet. Great service and stuff. My cat Priscilla and I are very happy with it! :)

I was gifted policies for my pets. I said nah we won’t need them. Sure enough my pet got so sick and we spent upwards of $15K just to get a diagnosis. It was a nightmare to go through. My initial dealing with fetch was upsetting. Her case wasn’t black and white and we had so many claims. Once I figured it all out I was very pleased with fetch and the ease of submitting things (once I fully understood how it had to be done). I don’t think my pet would be here today with this policy. In the many times I’ve called customer service, I’ve been so pleased with the people on the other end of the phone. We are renewing our policies this year and adding on wellness packages and I added another pet. I hope should we need it, this will be here to save us. It’s a bit pricy for most but I do think they have some good options to choose from.
